Charge over USB-C (about 1 hour to full). From power-off, hold the volume+/power button for ~5 seconds, then select “Headii” in your phone’s Bluetooth list.
02 · Wear & play
Place the neckband behind your neck and fit the ear hooks around your ears — open-ear, nothing in your ear canal. Single-press to play/pause, double-press for calls.
03 · Connect the app
Install the Headii App, follow the prompts to join the device’s Wi-Fi hotspot, and sync photos, videos, and recordings. AI chat and transcription live there too.

Camera & Privacy
How do I take photos and videos?
Rotate the camera module into its working position to enter capture mode. Short-press the capture button for a photo, hold ~2 seconds for video (short-press again to stop), or use voice commands.
How do people around me know I’m recording?
A dedicated LED stays lit during any capture. If the light is covered, the device stops recording and alerts you.
How do I switch the camera fully off?
Rotate the camera module away from its working position — it powers off physically.
Audio & Calls
What do the buttons do?
Single-press: play/pause. Double-press: next track, or answer/end a call. Hold ~2 seconds: reject a call. Volume +/- adjusts by step.
Does playback pause when I take it off?
Yes — wear detection pauses playback when removed and resumes when you put it back on.
Recording & AI
How do I quickly record audio?
When not on a call or recording video, use the capture-button shortcut, or start recording from the app.
How are meeting notes generated?
Recordings are transcribed in the app and turned into summaries, sections, and action items automatically.
How do I wake the AI assistant?
Say the wake word, or hold the multifunction button for ~2 seconds — then use voice control, visual Q&A, translation, and lookups.
Sync & Storage
How do I transfer photos and videos to my phone?
Open the app and follow the prompts to connect to the device’s Wi-Fi hotspot, then sync photos, videos, and recordings.
What happens when storage is full?
The device alerts you via indicator lights, voice prompts, or the app. Onboard storage is 64GB.
Battery & Charging
How long does charging take?
About 1 hour to full over USB-C. The device gives staged voice reminders as the battery runs low.
Can I use it while charging?
Yes. On external power the device prioritizes system power and lowers charging current to manage heat.
Care & Durability
Is it waterproof?
IP54-rated: fine with workout sweat, light rain, and dust. Don’t rinse it under running water.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid corrosive liquids and sharp objects. Operating range: -10°C to 40°C.
Troubleshooting
It won’t pair with my phone.
Make sure the device is powered off, then hold volume+/power for ~5 seconds to enter pairing mode. If that fails, factory-reset and retry.
How do I factory reset?
From power-off, hold volume+/power, volume-, and the capture button together for ~8 seconds to clear pairing and personalized settings.
